About GCC Dog License
As per the Chennai Corporation rules, all pet dogs must be registered with the Greater Chennai Corporation. The license must be renewed annually and helps in tracking vaccinations and ensuring responsible pet ownership.

Important Notes
- • Anti-rabies vaccination is mandatory before registration
- • License must be renewed annually within 30 days of expiry
- • Owners must display the license tag on the dog's collar
- • Keeping dangerous breeds without permit is punishable
- • Late renewal attracts a penalty of ₹200
